Flea and Tick Control

Cat scratching its head

Fleas and ticks can quickly become a serious problem for Brownsburg-area pets during our warm spring, summer and autumn months.

The fleas you see on your pet account for only 15 to 25 percent of the total population. The remaining 75 to 85 percent are larvae, pupae and eggs that have fallen off your pet onto your furniture and carpets.

By far, the best approach is to start your pet on a flea and tick preventive before an infestation takes hold and to maintain the protection year-round.

Fortunately, there are a number of new products now on the market that are easier to administer and provide greater protection from more of these pests than ever before. We stock the best of them in our pharmacy.
