Kara Mitchell, DVM, joined the Brownsburg Animal Clinic team in July 2019.
After completing her bachelor’s degree in biology at Purdue University, Dr. Mitchell graduated from Purdue University College of Veterinary Medicine in 2011. She went on to complete an intensive one-year small animal rotating internship in Illinois.
Dr. Mitchell then worked in small animal general practice in Illinois, until recently moving back to Indiana.
Some of her professional interests include preventive medicine, dermatology and internal medicine.
She enjoys spending time with her family, friends and pets.
