Megan

Registered Veterinary Technician
Megan has known she belongs in the field of veterinary medicine since she was a first grader. To fulfill her desire to care for animals, she became a Registered Veterinary Technician.
Megan graduated from Purdue University in 2007 with a bachelor’s degree in veterinary technology. In the bachelors program, Megan focused on behavior modification and helped teach puppy classes at Purdue.
Megan joined Brownsburg Animal Clinic in July 2009 after working in a veterinary emergency hospital for a year and a half.
She has a showshoe cat, Mohave, and a leopard gecko, Dimitri. Megan has always loved working with animals and is excited to continue in her chosen profession for years to come. She loves getting to know our clients and patients and treats each pet as she would her own.
Morgan

Registered Veterinary Technician
Morgan graduated from Vet Tech Institute in 2014 with an associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She did her externship with Brownsburg Animal Clinic in Summer 2014 and decided to join the staff shortly afterwards.
Morgan brings to the clinic a love for animals and a bright, cheery personality.
When Morgan is not working she likes to stay active with yoga, aerial sports or spending time outside with her husband, Labrador retriever mix and three cats.
Barb

Registered Veterinary Technician
Barb graduated from Harrison College in 2009 with an associate’s degree in Veterinary Technology. She joined the Brownsburg Animal Clinic team in 2014.
One of her favorite things about working in animal medicine is meeting new clients and getting to know their companions’ personalities.
She enjoys spending time with her family, camp fires and crafting or building anything that she is unable to hunt down in the stores. Barb is married with one daughter and has a crazy calico named Roxy and a dog named Gracie Lou.
Amanda

Registered Veterinary Technician
Amanda is a graduate of the Vet Tech Institute at International Business College, earning her associate’s degree in August 2018.
She enjoys many aspects of veterinary medicine, including surgeries, dental procedures and getting to know clients and their pets.
Outside the clinic, Amanda enjoys spending time with friends and family, the outdoors and reading, as well as all things Jurassic Park.
She has four cats and a chihuahua mix named Dusty.
Autumn
Office Manager
Autumn is a 2009 Purdue graduate, with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Science. Before joining the Brownsburg Animal Clinic staff at the end of 2013 as a Veterinary Assistant and Receptionist, Autumn worked at an animal clinic in Indianapolis and multiple zoos, including the Henry Doorly Zoo and the Columbian Park Zoo.
She became the clinic’s office manager in summer 2019.
Besides having two cats and a rambunctious dog, Autumn and her husband also have a toddler running around the house. She is a huge Disney fan and an avid reader.
Maggie

Veterinary Assistant
Maggie graduated from Murray State University in 2016 with a bachelor’s degree in agriculture. A lifelong lover of animals both large and small, she has been working in the veterinary field since her graduation.
She joined Brownsburg Animal Clinic in summer 2021.
Before coming to Brownsburg, Maggie worked with racehorses for 4 years in Lexington, Kentucky.
One of Maggie’s favorite things about the veterinary profession is how it is always changing and there is always something new to learn.
She grew up in Chicagoland and is an avid Chicago Bears fan. She enjoys spending time with family and friends and working on sewing projects, including bandanas for her 5-year-old dog Bennett.
Rachel

Veterinary Assistant
Rachel began her career in animal care at age 15, working part-time after school at a dog kennel. Throughout her high school years, she worked at Speck’s Pet Supplies where she discovered a passion for animal nutrition.
After high school, Rachel began working in veterinary medicine. She has been a Veterinary Assistant at Brownsburg Animal Clinic since January 2022.
She is currently in her second year of Penn Foster’s Veterinary Technology associate’s degree program. She continues to pursue her special interest in animal nutrition.
The most rewarding aspect of her job is in observing clinic patients’ medical progress, knowing she played a role in their recovery and made a positive impact on the animal’s quality of life.
While growing up, Rachel had lots of pets including hedgehogs, guinea pigs, frogs, lizards and red claw crabs. In December 2022, she adopted her first dog—a dachshund named Odie.
In her free time, Rachel enjoys painting, spending time outdoors and going to antique malls.
Becca

Veterinary Assistant
After beginning her college years studying art history at Indiana University, Becca found her true career calling when she changed course and enrolled in the International Business College veterinary technology program.
As much as she loved art, she loved animals and the veterinary medicine field even more. She’d grown up around all sorts of animals and knew she wanted to give back to them for their contributions to her life.
After leaving IBC, Becca worked in emergency medicine and urgent care at Noah’s Animal Hospital & 24 Hour Emergency Center.
She’s worked in veterinary medicine since 2018.
Becca came to work at Brownsburg Animal Clinic in January 2023 and is excited to be part of a general practice where she can advocate for our patients and impact their lives as well as the lives of our clients.
She has a Russian blue cat named Bluebird.
Katherine
Client/Patient Service Representative
Katherine joined the Brownsburg Animal Clinic team in late 2017. She had worked various front desk jobs before finally finding her way into the veterinary field.
She has always had a love for animals and is excited to be able to share her passion with the patients and clients of the clinic.
Over the past few years, she has enjoyed helping her family foster kittens for various animal rescues and currently shares her home with two rambunctious, lovable cats of her own.
Jada

Client/Patient Service Representative and Veterinary Assistant
Jada graduated from Purdue University in 2019 with a bachelor’s degree in Animal Behavior and Well-Being. She plans to attend graduate school to do further research of the behavioral tendencies in sick or stressed animals.
While in high school, Jada completed two years of training in a veterinary assistant program for small and large companion animals. She went on to participate at the national level in a competition for young veterinary professionals, earning a spot in the National Technical Honors Society.
In her spare time, Jada enjoys hanging out with family and friends, writing, designing or simply spending time with her two dogs, Angel and Kingsley.
Savannah

Client/Patient Service Representative and Veterinary Assistant
Savannah joined the Brownsburg Animal Clinic team in September 2022 as a Client/Patient Service Representative and Veterinary Assistant.
She has prior experience working with animals, having served in several positions including Lead Kennel Technician and Groomer’s Assistant. She also completed a year of the JEL veterinary assisting program in high school.
Savannah’s long-term career goal is to become a registered veterinary technician. For now, she loves learning new things every day by being hands-on in the clinic.
In her free time, Savannah enjoys spending time with her boyfriend and their 3 cats doing whatever activity the day brings, such as traveling, watching movies or exploring outdoors. Her favorite thing about working with animals is getting to know each and every pet’s personality and making sure they have the best possible experience at the vet, as well as assuring our clients that their pets are very well taken care of in our hands.
Haley

Veterinary Assistant
Haley began volunteering at Brownsburg Animal Clinic in 2015 before being hired in 2016 to work after school and on some Saturdays. She helped keep the clinic clean, assisted in working with the animals and helped runs tests to make sure patients are healthy.
When we first met Haley, she was an honor-roll student at Cardinal Ritter High School. She also enjoyed volunteering at Morning Dove Therapeutic Riding, at Noble and at Indy Humane. Her goal after graduation was to go to study veterinary medicine.
These days, Haley is indeed pursuing her doctor of veterinary medicine degree at Purdue University’s College of Veterinary Medicine.
She still helps out at the clinic in the summer.
Maria

Clinic Assistant
Clinic Assistant Maria came to work at Brownsburg Animal Clinic during her senior year at Brownsburg High School. She has since graduated and moved on to study at Purdue. She returns to work with us during her summers off.
